Your Physical Body Class

Your physical body is the container through which all of life is experienced. It holds your energy, reflects your emotional and mental states, and becomes the living vessel for intuition and spiritual insight. When the physical body is ignored, misunderstood, or pushed beyond its limits, the other four bodies struggle to find balance.


In this 60-minute class, Delia Quigley draws on 45 years of experience as a healer, yoga and meditation instructor, nutritionist, and guide for women navigating life’s transitions. Rather than offering trends or rigid rules, this class invites you into a relationship with your physical body, one rooted in respect, listening, and practical wisdom.


You’ll explore the physical body as the grounding force for the energy, mental, wisdom, and Divine bodies, and why sustainable well-being must begin here. Delia shares how nutritional needs evolve with age, especially for women, and offers common-sense dietary guidance that supports vitality rather than restriction. 


You’ll also learn how movement and exercise can be adapted to honor changing bodies — shifting from punishment to nourishment, from “doing more” to moving with intelligence and care.


This class goes beyond information to include essential, ongoing practices you can return to daily — simple ways to support digestion, strength, flexibility, rest, and recovery, while cultivating awareness of what your body is truly asking for.


This session is ideal for women who feel tired of fighting their bodies, confused by conflicting health advice, or ready to rebuild trust with the physical self as a source of wisdom rather than frustration.
