PART II: The Mindful Mandala Card Workshop
Current brain science tells us that most of what we take to be real-time experience is, in fact mostly a virtual reality simulation, a life movie, produced in the middle prefrontal cortex by splicing bits of data into canned images, storylines, and mood music recycled from memory stores in the visual cortex and limbic brain. That’s a fancy way of saying your thoughts and memories shape your reality, and you control your thoughts, or at least you like to think you do.
In Part II of the Mindful Mandala Card workshop, we go deeper into understanding your mind-body connection. Part I introduced the emotions as mind poisons and higher states of being (Challenges & Tools), which humans downloaded in utero. We learned how to inquire about an immediate issue, know what action to take toward resolution, and cut through our Ego’s blocks to get to the heart of the matter quickly. We used the Mindful Mandala Cards to clarify, resolve, and better understand the challenging issue. We set up a language to communicate with Consciousness and learned how to ask a question when consulting Self through the Mindful Mandala cards. Now it’s time to go further in Part II.

PART I: The Mindful Mandala Card Workshop
